Cancellation Policy
Booking and Cancellation Policy Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule any booked 1:1 or Group Session. Cancellations with 48+ hours' notice: You will not be charged, and a full refund or credit will be issued. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice: The full session fee will be charged, as this time cannot be reallocated to another student. Late Arrival: Sessions will conclude at the scheduled end time, even if the student arrives late. No credit or refund will be given for time lost due to late arrival.
